I have now been on the Orange network for three years as a Pay-Monthly customer, and have also used them as a Pay as you go customer in the past. I have previously been on the o2 network and T-Mobile so have quite good experience of all of these networks and I have to say that Orange have been the best so far. When on o2 I had terrible ...  Read the complete review

I used to be with T-Mobile and decided to change to Orange when I got a new mobile phone contract. I got the LG Renoir phone on an 18 month contract which gives me 1800 minutes a month and unlimited text messages. Fantastic, or so I thought. But. I don't receive text messages sent to me, other people don't receive text ...  Read the complete review

I have been a loyal customer with Orange for years and have always felt very loyal to them. I joined Orange in 1999 on there everyday 50 plan that was well ahead of its time and was fantastic giving the user 50 minutes a day to orange mobiles or landlines. This tariff suited me and I also found the customer service to be spot on with call ...  Read the complete review

I got my first phone just over a year ago and it took a very long time to decide which network would be best. My Dad helped me to investigate all the possibilities and work out which would suit my needs. After coreful consideration i hooked up to orange pay as you go, and it seemed the right choce for me. I wanted to send text messgaes, play games ...  Read the complete review

I have been a customer with Orange for a couple of years now, and have usually been pretty impressed with the service I've had from them. I'm on the Dolphin 15 (promo) contract, so I pay £15 a month, get unlimited free texts and 100 free minutes a month. I also got a shiny Nokoa 6300 which I'm really happy with - it's a great little phone and I'm ...  Read the complete review

I have been on the Orange Network now since 2003. Prior to that I had a Vodafone, Virgin, T Mobile (then called something else I think?), O2 (when it was BT Cellnet) in fact the only network I haven't tried has been 3. I have been a loyal customer to Orange, I have had many upgrades, I have introduced friends and family to them and I have bought ...  Read the complete review

Ok, Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer towards orange for many years now and as the years go by, I notice just how much orange telecom employees lack manners. Putting people on hold is not an option, But a way of milking money out of customers. My theory is that Orange employees are given £ 5 and a ...  Read the complete review

I have been a member of Orange's PAYG since April 2008. Pros: I like their offers such as wednesday movies, music, animal packages with different call and text rates. Con: Their customer service is really really bad. I bought a PAYG sim on the last week of april and topped it up with £10 on the same day. By ...  Read the complete review

I have been a valuable customer of Orange for many years now, and still I am fairly disappointed at they're lack of customer servicing skills and the way they deal with a formal and written complaint. After purchasing my first Orange phone in 2005 which was a sagem my511x, I felt that I had received a decent and valuable phone at the ...  Read the complete review

Fantastic customer service very helpful and not what I expected. I signed up for an 18 month contract and was paying around £50 with different add ons. One of the reasons that attracted me to the contract was I got a free Xbox if I signed up that month. However I always had loads of free texts and minutes left over each month. However ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Orange Network
by Avoid Orange - written on 18/09/09
Rating:

Do not buy from Orange online. If your phone develops a fault your local high street Orange Shop will just show you the door. My phone went faulty within 6 months but the staff and manager in the Burnley store were rude and unhelpful. They claim they are a totally separate company and will do nothing to help.

Having been with orange for almost 3 years now on contract, and for 2 more years on pay as you go, I've never had a problem with them up until this year. Orange is the mobile phone network I have used the most over the years and the one I am still using the most to this day. In the UK, Orange is one of the few most commonly used networks. This is good, as it means you can top-up your phone in most shops, either by buying a voucher or using a top-up card. You can also top-up your phone ...  Read the complete review
