I have been in uk for 10 years with Vodafone and O2. I never had any problems with them (well, a little but when nothing too annoying). It has been 7 month with orange and believe me... never again. You can call twice the customer support and you will have 2 different answers. My first issue was about roaming: I ... Read the complete review

I have been on Orange for as many years as I can remember (at least 10) and have been paying for Orange Insurance since chaning my last phone. About 5 years of £5 per month charges (£300) and no claims. My phone suddenly stopped charging. Turns out it's the charger and not the phone, so isn't covered by the insurance DESPITE COMING IN THE SAME BOX AS THE PHONE! They were willing to supply me with a new charger (approx £1.99 on Amazon), so long as I paid a £15 claim fee!Yeah, right. Off to another network this month.

My experiance of Orange was that the call centre was staffed by people who blatently lied. We tried to stop an broadband account in July as we got a better deal elsewhere. Orange have made this as difficult as possible. We were told the account was closing and then when we called to confirm, they denied all knowledge. When I phoned to ... Read the complete review

I have been with Orange now for four years, and I have had no problems at all. The good points about Orange are basically their Orange Care insurance, their contracts are pretty decent and their customer service is excellent. I have an iphone, and recently the screen smashed when it was dropped on the floor, I reported it at ... Read the complete review

On a pay monthly mobile as a newcomer to Orange, my phone was stolen and it took two months to replace. Futhermore, after notifying them of my transferral to a new bank along with all the details for direct debit, they didn't set that up. I tried online after recieving a warning about unpaid bills. I paid and set direct debit online ... Read the complete review

I have been a PAYG customer with orange for over 10 years but no more!! I was recently trying to upgrade from PAYG to £15 monthly contract. I was asked to fax through a bank statement to confirm my address as last year I was a victim of identity theft. I did so as asked. I received another call a couple of days later requesting another ... Read the complete review

Have never had any trouble with orange. I am on PAYG currently as Orange (as many other networks) do only give contracts for those who have been uk residents for at least 2 years. The reception is good, customer service on telephone was nice, even nicer than in stores, where the salesperson told me indirectly that my blackberry is bad and his iphone is great :S (in my opinion this is not a good marketing strategy)Would recommend for PAYG though. They have good deals, which are worth the money.

Pay and Go:----Well here goes....i found out that O2 did cheaper deal than my current network Orange. So O2 told me i could keep my existing number but i needed a PAC code first. So I rang up Orange Customer Retentions and they asked me why i wanted to leave orange. I told them about cheaper deal that O2 offering. They offered to match ... Read the complete review

I have had an orange mobile phone on a contract for around four years now and I never had a problem till I decided to add broadband package to my account. Being an existing Orange customer I was entitled to a discounted rate when taking out broadband. So I thought great! I will give it a go! I wish I ... Read the complete review

I've been a customer of Orange for as long as I can remember with my first phone resembling that of a house brick!! As time has progressed, I have found the packages they offer to be extremely reasonable, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired ... I have been with the Orange since I had my first mobile phone in 2000 I think, just before I started University and parents wanted to keep track on me as I moved away from home. So they brought me the worst phone ever round that time, yes it was that Motorola brick. So big and heavy, you can't put it in your pocket or be bothered to even ... Read the complete review

Everyone will have their own opinions and views on their phone network, and I'm gonna try and give the most unbiased view I can since I've been on pretty much every network possible (except 3, because my brother had bad experiences on them.) When it comes to choosing the right network for you, usually it goes without saying ... Read the complete review

Very poor customer service and alienating conditions. Although they have good network coverage, the account management on the orange.co.uk site is absolutely rubbish (when it works). Orange is also incredibly expensive and when I left them even my contract was a few day to the expiration date (including notice period) they charged me 1 month subscription to obtain a PAC (port authorisation code = the code necessary to keep the number when moving to another operator). There is no reason to charge me 1 month of communications given the fact that I had no more contract with them. It's a way to make quick money out of the leaving customers. I moved to Virgin since which is way cheaper, they have better service, no lock-in for long periods (1 month notice at any time contract) and great internet account management. Definitely I would not recommend Orange.

I took out a contract phone with Orange in December and have not been satisfied so far with the service. In the store we were told that the contract would be £25- which would include unlimited internet use and texts, plus 400 minutes to any network. When the first bill arrived it was a lot more than the £25-but we ... Read the complete review

Awful costumer-service, had it as payg and contract for years and is the worst by now of all other networks i had for years, like: Vodafone, 3, O2. Don't expect that they will solve it! Obviously, is let to operate by corrupt officials like many many other companies.

I became an Orange customer around three and a half years ago when I signed upto a contract with them through Carphone Warehouse. My first year or so ran smoothly but not particularly memorable. A few months ago, I received my Company phone, which to my surprise was on Orange. I've often heard bad things about orange coverage, but they have by far surpassed my experience. Firstly, the coverage with Orange far surpassed that from my £500 HTC on Vodafone, which constantly looses it's signal when I am on the train. An ... Read the complete review

Over the many years of mobile phone use in my life, I have been on most of the networks at some point, but my current contract is with Orange, and most of the time, things are ok.
