If my memory serves me correctly, Orange's Just Talk (pay as you go) service was the first UK mobile company to introduce non-expiry vouchers. A smart move, and one that should've been implemented in the first place, but at the start everyone copied Vodafone's first pioneering scheme, and it was harsh to the customer if they didn't ... Overall I think Orange are a brilliant phone provider. to keep ahead of market changes last year they upgraded my talk 15 plan (15 minutes of inclusive talk time for £15 plus VAT) to 30 minutes no extra dosh, This month they have now put me on talk 60 for the same dosh.. I am a terminal bargain hunter and try and get the best price for ... Read the complete review

I have been using Orange Just Talk for about four months now, and I think it is great. I don’t use my phone very much - it is more for people to contact me, so pay as you go is ideal. There are no bills to pay at the end of the month, and the vouchers start from just £5.00. There is no expiry date on them providing you make or receive just ... Read the complete review

Why Orange? Over the last four years I've had phones with 121, Cellnet, Voda, and only recently changed to Orange. On paper, all the networks promise almost country-wide coverage, but only Orange seems to stand up when you really need it. I've suffered lost calls with Cellnet and 121, from a variety of locations, ... Read the complete review

Orange is the best mobile phone network in the UK. It has the best coverage and will match any other networks tariff so is also the cheapest. The only downside is the lack of prepaid 12 month simcards you can get on Cellnet/Vodafone but you can sometimes pick up a boxed and ready (phone and 12 months line rental prepaid) for around the £30 - £40 ... When we went to buy our new mobiles we were told about this new tarriff from Orange. It is much more convenient than the usual voucher scheme, in my opinion. You have to complete a direct debit mandate but there is no line rental to pay. Basically you only get charged for your calls and these are debited from your account on a monthly basis. You ... There seems to be a problem regarding some unauthorised debits from Orange customers bank accounts,a customer purchased a mobile phone and phoned Orange to set up a debit register,to be able to buy airtime, only to be told that the orange computers wouldn't accept her card number. She knew there should have been no problem with her card,so she ... Orange have been ranked top in a customer satisfaction survey for the third year running, and I would certainly not disagree with this. I have had my phone for about ten months now, and i'm very pleased with the service. It was excellent value at £80 for boxed and ready, which included the phone, a Bosch 509e, connection, 15 months line ... Read the complete review

I have been with orange now for nearly a year and they have been no hassle. I am on pay as you go and it is very easy to get the vouchers they sell them in most shops or you can buy on the phone. It's generally not a bad network, and customer services is certainly better than some other networks, and the fact that they greet you by your name when you call them from your handset, I personally find it impressie!]But I got a hands free kit from them, and it took me ages to make them realise its not fnctioning properly, and I spent ages on ... I am on the orange just talk (pay as you go) and I think its great. I think that the vouchers are good as they dont run out. As long as you make or recive a call in a 6 month period, your phone stays connected. I don't use my mobile very often, but the reason I went with orange is that I have a young daughter and if I'm out and ... Read the complete review

I like Orange. Until last December, I was a One2One fan through and through, with the free weekend tariff. That was until I was enlightened by a few of my Orange using friends. Bills wise, I am now making a big saving - previously on One2One, I was paying in the region of £50-£60 per month. On Orange Everyday 50, thats come down to about ... Read the complete review

Orange stated out as the underdog in the mobile phone revolution. It had to differentiate itself in order to gain an advantage over its competition to accomplish a foothold in the market. From the beginning it stressed the quality of its' service. This strategy appears to work as even now Orange has the highest quality service I have ever come ... Read the complete review

A battle of 6 months to get a problem with a phone resolved, the day of the last useless phone call was capped nicely with a full page newspaper add by Orange claiming to be the top of the polls for customer service.
