I will never go back to Orange after my contract ends. They have terrible customer service. Orange changed my plan half way through my contract. I have called them for the last four days to find out why, to be fobbed off with "the supervisor will call you" each time. What is their problem? Why can't they answer simple questions or ... I have never had any problems with my orange network coverage and as a result have been a customer for a number of years. However, their idea of customer service is ridiculous. I upgraded my mobile phone in February 2006onto a much cheaper tariff. Orange promptly sent out my new phone and i assumed that everything was sorted. Unfortunately, ... Read the complete review

Orange custmer services are TERRIBLE. Waiting times are disgraceful. False promises are the norm. You will be told the problem will be rectified immediately and you will be phoning back the next day to sort it out again. If you want a laugh, try getting a Port Authoristaion Code (PAC) from them to take your number to a new network. ... Read the complete review

As a Orange CCS i find it very frustrating reading how Orange is " lacking good Customer Service" until you walk a mile in my shoes then tell me about it. We deal to the best of our ability with abuse, which consists of foul language , childish behavior and rudeness from customers who wont take responsibly for there acts. My colleagues ... I would not recommend Orange to anyone. Their Customer service is absolutely abysmal. As I type this, with one hand, the other one is holding a phone that has been on 'hold' for ONE HOUR and 14 minutes, with no indication of when I might get answered. Contract customers can call "free" on 150 so you have the choice of frying your brain ... Read the complete review

I have been with Orange for many years and will be leaving it as soon as my credit has run out. I am fed up with the bad signal but the worst thing is the very poor customer service. On "payg" you are charged to call customer services, even just for hanging on (usually for at least half an hour), so if you decide you can't wait any ... Read the complete review

Here's a note of an e-mail my wife sent to Orange having treid to add a user and a handset onto our Business Tariff. I think the problem is that you cannot complain to a manager at Orange, always just a "supervisor", so the management has no idea how appalling the service is. Naturally, we have had no call back ... Very very poor customer service - My contract got mysteriously chenged from a year to 18 months, and as I got the phone in an Orange shop, neither their call centre or their email customer service were willing to do anything - when I went back to the shop they suggested calling, and after a trail of 6 emails, they asked me to put my complaint in ... I have been a customer with orange for more than 5 years and have never had any problems. 4 of those years was pay as you go- no problems there. My orange contract seemed to be fine until i went on holiday. I purchased a bundle called 'text 75' which enables me to text abroad for £15 for 75 texts. I purchased this before i left for my ... Orange is surely one of the worst companies in the world, IMNSHO. Their customer service is appalling and their systems don't work properly, especially if you have the misfortune to run out of credit wen abroad.
When I wanted to leave the network I was kept on hold for 35mins with no eventual answer - had to use a different number in the end. My advice - DON'T CHOOSE ORANGE!

I originally took out a contract nearly two years ago. Was easy enough, and phone was good (Samsung D500). I paid £25 a month and got 200 anytime/anynetwork minutes, and 250 texts. I was entitled to the Student package, which is the main reason i then took out this contract. This gave me an extra 1000 texts every month ontop of my existing ... Read the complete review

I have been with Orange for many years and have to say that I had never experienced any problems with their efficiency as a provider, or errors in their billing or administration. Virtually each year I would go along to the local Orange Retail shop and upgrade to a new phone, whilst keeping the same basic service plan. Occasionally there has been ... Read the complete review

Having been with T-mobile for two year's I decided to jump ship to Orange when the first SPV came out. T-mobile offered me incentives to stay but off I went. When my first Orange contract ended I complained that the upgrade deal I saw on mobileshop.com was better than the online deal and very politely threatened to leave. Orange ... I could tell you about how I've been kept on hold for a long time. I could tell you about how I've been lied to by call centre staff who clearly have no notion of what is going on. I could tell you how I've been kept waiting for weeks for resolution of problems that should have been solved in days. I could tell you in detail about all of these ... Read the complete review

So you're with orange for a year. You change your rate to Premier 600 minutes. You then decide to change it again to the 400 minute plan..... what's this -- an extra £5 every month for insurance you don't want. Oh sorry sir this is what you get free on 600 premier ... but now you have to pay for it for the next 12 months when you downgrade - ... Read the complete review

Orange advertise that they don't just target new customers but look after their current ones too. Sadly the reality is very different. Yes they will match other network offers (if you threaten to cancel and ask for your PAC code) but will then charge you for your upgrade handset. So it make more sense to go to another ... I previously belonged to Orange for 10 years. I telephoned to enquire about upgrading my phone and changing my talk plan. I wanted the Sony W800i.
