I had been with orange for a couple of years and on my 18th birthday, I decided I wanted a new mobile and didn't know what phone to get, so I went to the Carphone Warehouse. I told them what I wanted the phone for and they told me about contract phones with Orange. The one I choose was Orange Talk 60, which has many advantages: I got a brand new Nokia 3310 free I get 60 mins of calls to use anytime free Text messages cost me 6p rather than 10p All my calls outside the 60mins are much cheaper than Just Talk calls All for £17 a month I couldn't refuse, after all the phone alone would have cost me over £100 - and thats without adding any credit to the phone, which used to cost me around £30 a month! The first 12 months of my contract is now nearly up and I have to make the decision of whether I want to 'renew' my contract - this means I keep the same number and talk plan and get a new phone - free - or cancel my contract. After the quality of service I get from orange I think I will renew - after all free itemised billing - free support from friendly people. I can see my money is well spent.
