Disadvantages: Part of Worldcom

I've had Pipex ADSL for 10 months now. The customer service has improved. The price is the best all round deal I could find. No regrets. Check out their user forum www.pipexwoe.com most customers seem happy and thats saying something on a user group. Check out ADSLguide.com for a good comparison table. £60 a year saving on BT and most other big name ISP's. My only worry is that they are part of Worldcom who went bust big style earlier in the year but they seem to be through that now.
