RingItOnLine charge you per second and the minimum charge is 3.5p. There is no set up or monthly fee. Some international rates are very cheap, eg 2p/minute to USA and 4p Australia. You dial the access code and wait for the message, then enter your account code and PIN, you will be advised of your balance and then you can enter the number you want. RingItOnLine has been spun out of Atlantic Telecom and provides an excellent and very competitive service for both UK and international calls. All UK calls are 2p/minute at any time from any telephone provided you can dial an 0800 freefone number for free. This UK rate is great if you are travelling or have children away from home. You can use it from hotels, university phone systems, friend's phones, anywhere. However don't use it from BT phone boxes, as there is a hefty surcharge.
