Seriously Internet

Terrible Customer & Technical Support. So far I've been unable to connect for 9 days. Very little response to emails, they don't call back when they said they would. Their site goes on about how wonderful they are but the service level doesn't seem to match what they say.

I joined Seriously in november 05 thinking that the nature of the firm seemed friendly towards their customers. and with the tiered bandwidth prices (ie you pay for what you use each month - not an overall price for what you might use) I was sold. However, 5 months down the line and I have moved house, I had read the site previously to signing up and read nothing about a charge for a transfer to a new phoneline - however, when coming to notify them of my transfer request I am told that it will cost me 60 pounds. Since submission to broadband in '04, Seriously Internet has been my second broadband ISP – one that had been a more informed choice after the eventual quality disintegration of Bulldog (I blame their acquisition by C&W incidentally). The website Net4Now doesn't list many reviews for Seriously Internet but it is one of the few that seems to have pretty fierce praise from all. Coupled with this and tiered pricing I knew that I'd now found the right ship to jump on to after Bulldog removed my 12mth ball and chain.
