I have had Sky broadband from when it was first introduced by Sky, the main reason was because it was much cheaper than Tiscali - which I had at that time. For only £5 a month what can go wrong.

Sky provided me with a new router, a year's free subscription to MacAfee and free connection as I went for the Max package (18mb). The service that I have got from Sky has been excellent, as when I told them that I was not receiving this 18mb broadband, they did some checks and told me that the max speed in my area was only 8mb - to which they transferred me to the lower package, gave my money back for the month with 18mb and also did not take the connection charge that was there in the 8mb package. Also had a hassle free switchover to Sky from Tiscali.

Sky broadband has really made a difference in the broadband packages that are out there today, as introduced a really low price to consumers for the same thing they were getting currently.

The Sky broadband packages are really cheap, if you are a Sky customer. Such as up to 2mb broadband is free, up to 8mb is £5.00 and up to 20mb is £10.00.

With being with them for a few years now, I have not had any difficulties with the broadband at all. However, now they have reduced my unlimited download limit (40gb) to only 10gb - unless I upgrade back to the Max package.

I would definitely recommend Sky broadband to broadband customers as I have received an excellent service and have not have had any problems. The only thing that I would say is that you should check with them to see what is the max speed that you can get in your area.
