Sky broadband is my first experience of broadband at home and I must admit it is very very good. I have the basic package and get 2MG with no fees each month. I have not been able to get online and the speed is more than acceptable. But then what can you say if you are getting it for free. Considering some companies are charging £15 for the same ... After having many technical difficulties with my broadband provider (AOL) I decided it was time I had a look around for a better deal. I currently have my TV package with sky and had heard through friends that they had some good broadband packages. I called their callcentre and was offered several different packages. These packages are ... Read the complete review

After having many problems with the broadband service I had with Orange I decided to change to Sky's service a few months ago when changing my Sky TV package. So far in the time I've had it, I have fortunately not experienced any major problems at all with it (touch wood). The speed of the Broadband is probably the thing most people ... I have had Sky broadband from when it was first introduced by Sky, the main reason was because it was much cheaper than Tiscali - which I had at that time. For only £5 a month what can go wrong. Sky provided me with a new router, a year's free subscription to MacAfee and free connection as I went for the Max package (18mb). The service ... Read the complete review

A couple of years ago I moved into my flat and was not sure about whether to go with Virgin or Sky but following some bad reviews of the Virgin Media broadband experience from friends I decided to go with Sky TV which came along with Sky Broadband (I knew nobody using this service at the time) and thank goodness I did. I originally managed to ... Read the complete review

We switched to Sky Broadband a month ago now and am so glad we did! The main reason we decided to switch was to save money. My existing contract was coming to an end and we were paying £14.99 a month for wireless broadband with download speeds up to 2Mb. Our internet connection would crash several times an evening, which was starting ... Read the complete review

I just wanted to warn anyone considering signing up for Sky broadband to save yourself the bother. If after reading the below, you still sign up... you only have yourself to blame!! In April 2007 I moved house from Basingstoke to Colchester. I cancelled my Sky Broadband in Basingstoke and signed up for new Sky Broadband in ... Read the complete review

Sky broaband is as cheap as can be and at some points you can tell. Fair enough you have to already be a sky customer to get it but you get broadband and phone for just £25 a month (or something around that)! So like i said at some points you can easily tell why it costs only £5 a month and it mainly shows in it's wireless connectivity. ... Read the complete review

Sky Broadband When I moved house last year I discovered that I was in an area that didn't receive virgin media (which seemed to be the cheapest). I checked the prices of some of the other broadband providers and decided to opt for the Sky broadband package mainly because of the price and I have been very happy with my broadband over the ... Another service to get a internet connection is with Sky Broadband. With Sky Broadband they offer 3 different packages. The most popular one with the customers remains to be their TV,Phone and Broadband package which offers a good value deal. Took that deal with Sky Broadband earlier in the year and they were excellent in their installation. They ... Read the complete review

Firstly I'd like to point out that I wanted to review sky in general but on my initial search I couldn't locate them on the dooyoo catalogue - probably not trying hard enough but never mind We've been with Sky broadband for approximately 7 months as the flat we moved to last year had a BT landline (another story) and unfortunately ... I've had Sky Broadband for over 2 years now, and whilst I'm generally happy with the service I've received, I do have a few complaints. That said, my situation is slightly more unusual than most, so don't be put off, but here are a few things to bear in mind. Signing up with Sky was very easy. They check whether it's available in your ... Read the complete review

Sky Broadband is fantastic - we've been customers for around 2 years now and we have no complaints at all! We pay £5 per month (you get it cheaper if you have Sky Talk for your phoneline) and for that we get a pretty decent speed and good download limits - although we don't really download much in our house (we're not into movie/mp3 ... I can't really fault Sky Broadband, before getting Sky Broadband I had not had much experience of ADSL broadband as I had been spoilt with Virgin cable which offers high speeds which are very reliable. Apart from the speed which Sky can't do anything about due to the BT network and the distance you are from the exchange, the install went very ... Read the complete review

I have sky broadband as part of a phone/tv/internet package and i have to say its been excellent. The router was delivered promptly and was very easy to set up and install - cd rom included. I practically grew up with Sky. We have had it ever since I was about 7 when it first came out. I have only gone without it for a couple of years when I was 16. This was only because I had just moved out and couldn't afford to get it installed (it was a really hard time for me, lol!). Seriously, I can't imagine ever going back to only 4 ... I have been with sky for about 18 months now and never had any problems with there broadband services. A lot of things have changed on there terms and prices but still grate service from sky.. I had sky broadband a few months after it was released. Initially it was full of problems and it had to be restarted at least 3 times daily. I have had Sky TV for a few years and have always had an excellent service - both product and also support where needed.
