I originally signed up with Supanet just for the web space. I was getting fed up with not being able to connect to my Freeserve account while I was using a different ISP. Which meant I always had to switch my connections just to make a little correction and change a minor detail on my web pages. (The reason I kept changing connections was because while connected to Freeserve I was being charged for my time online).

Anyway, I have and still do connect to the Internet using Supanet a few times. I've ALWAYS connected to it at the first attempt. As a matter of fact the average connection speed is much faster than my usual ISP (WorldOnline). I always connected with atleast 40K or above. I don't know if that is due to Supanet not being well known and therefore doesn't have many customers. I personally only found about it through the post. Maybe once they have more customers it might not be so easy to connect to?

Supanet does have a few options:

Supanet Classic:
You can join for the basic free package which means you pay for your the time your are online (no monthly charge). This is what I signed up for.

supaSurf 15:
Has a monthly charge of £4.99 and all Internet calls will be 2p at all times. This is only useful if you connect to the Net alot during day time (weekdays).

supaSurf 20:
Has a monthly charge of £8.99 and all Internet calls will be 1p at all time. Again this is only really useful if you connect alot during day times (weekdays).

They do have the option of un-metered connections to the Net, but as yet don't seem to have any prices indicated on their web site.

Just like to add, another reason that made me sign up with Supanet was the freebies!!.. Which I did receive after 6 weeks. I don't know if that is still available.
