Advantages: Lot of deals,service

T Mobile have a range of tariffs available on pay as you go but they stand out more on the monthly contracts. I had the opportunity to use their service when I took a year long contract in 2007. They even gave me a free phone with it and to make it more cheerful for me added some extra minutes free per month and some free cross minute calls on the weekend.

It was going all cheerful for me on T Mobile with no problems with the reception or service. There was however a mistake on them double charging me once for WAP that I never used. By mistake I had got my self on Wap for 20 minutes and only realized when I took my phone out of my pocket. I had to call them up and they managed to sort out the charge me. When looking back at this I feel like they should have charged me and other companies would have but T Mobile actually let me off!

On the whole base of the 12 month deal it was a good value contract. The excellent service on the phones when calling up was brilliant. You do not get transferred abroad like you do with companies like Orange.The contract went smooth and any problems I did have were resolved in a friendly manner by T Mobile.
