4 years ago I had a contract out with T Mobile at 12.99 a month that was some good value contract deal. I got of them every month 100 minutes free and 200 texts free.

Before payments were taken out they used to send me a letter in the post informing me how much cash would be taken out. They used to also send me a letter in the post telling me of their best deals available all the time to.

Now having been on T Mobile I used to like the fact the minutes on my phone would be up dated. If I had used the phone for 30 seconds or 10 seconds the minutes updated on the phone would be accurate. I actually went over the limit for minutes on my phone by 40 minutes!

I could not afford to pay the extra money then and called them up. They kindly let me off! I just could not believe it! They let me off for using the extra minutes and made my day! In the whole year all the time their customer service to me was helpful. They made sure I got help always on the matters I rang up about.

T Mobile's current contract deals are not so nice but their service is trust worthy.Having been on them once I can tell you all on Dooyoo that they can be trusted. I experienced some high standard service of them all the time and never had one problem with them.
