Advantages: Cheap - at a cost!

Disadvantages: Poor tech support; poor admin; quick to pass 'debts' to debt recovery firms without talking to you

Don't touch Talk Talk with a bargepole. A week without tel or internet due to their tech failure. After an hour on the phone to the 4th technician we spoke to, he worked out that the new Talk Talk exchange wouldn't work with our Talk Talk modem. Then we move house, pay the final bill by cheque, and now they've passed the 'debt' (which we've paid) to a debt collector. They look cheap, but it's at a cost!

Summary: Don't even think about Talk Talk!
