Disadvantages: Poor Customer Service

Having received a call (From India) requesting payment of a £21 bill , I explained that the bill had not been received by myself, and that I would required a copy before paying. Due to the language difficulties this was not understood, I was then "Pestered" with at least another 5 calls until eventually I was able to get someone to understand and forward a Bill for checking, which was duly received and payment made.
The suggestion made from India was that I go to the post office and pay in the money without the option of being able to check the bill.The tactics used by TalkTalk for the retrival of outstanding monies seem overbearing and verging on harrasement.
I am seriously considering returning to B.T.
