Advantages: As you never get your broadband they promised, you end up not spending as many hours surfing the net

Disadvantages: No Customer Service, DO NOT deliver on promises, can not get hold of them,

DO NOT JOIN TALK TALK, I was approached at a Sainsburys and offered a great deal! I was asked where did I live (Central London) and if I made overseas calls and did I requre Broadband- YES I said, well for £20 per month I could have unlimited overseas calls to Aus/NZ/USA, FREE Broadband and my homeline. Too good to be true? ABSOLUTELY. 9 months later I still don't have any broadband (even offered to pay for it.) they have changed my home telephone number recently (the number I have had for 5 years.) when I call them I spend over half an hour on hold to get told that person can't help. When I use the email contact form it bounces back and tells me there is an internal error at their end hence my email hasn't gone through.
Their service is rubbish, their customer service a joke.
Does anyone have a decent alternative provider?
