Ok so here's my terrible experience with Tiscali / Talk Talk

My first internet package I ever got was Tiscali and at the time I was very pleased. This was 6 years ago and I had been paying £20 for phone and broadband of 2 meg. I had never encountered a problem with Talk Talk until this year.

My internet just failed me completly and this is when I came to my senses. I had seen all them TV adverts offering 20 Meg speeds for the price I was paying. I was really fed up and it was time to leave this rubbish company.

When I phoned up TalkTalk their customer service rep was very rude and treated me like dirt. He was forcing me to upgrade my package. I told him numerous times politely please cancel my package. However he wouldn't listen.

The only thing I could do was put it to him rudely. I told him to cancel it now and then he finally did. He said the mandatory thanks for being with us but I could tell he was annoyed.

This was one of the best descions I have made when it comes to technology. Leaving TalkTalk / Tiscali.

I wouldn't recommend this broadband to anyone!! The worst customer service ever. I am not happy.
