... Network- Pay as you go (in general) I have been a customer of Orange for around 10 years now and I would call that loyal. My first phone was on the orange network and my current phone still is! I will always have a few moans about them when competitors (o2) steal customers because of fantastic deals but orange to me is just so much better- this is why! ... have been with 3 now for about 2 or 3 years. The first contract i had with them i had no problems at all and when it was time to change my contract they did it quickly and were very helpful. However, since changing my contract i have had nothing but problems with the phone i changed to, and while this may not be 3 s fault, they haven t done much to help me with it. The first time my phone broke i went in to book it in for repair and was told their system was down so they couldn t book it in and when i showed them what had happened to the phone and also when i spoke to someone over the phone about it they tried to blame me for it! Predicament - I have been with Virgin Mobile customer for 18 months now and coming to the end of a contact that included a decent mobile phone, 150 minutes of talk time and 150 texts for £12 a month. What do I do, stay, change go to another service provider, get another phone, feeling dizzy. My Experience So Far On the whole the service has been very good, when I lost my phone at was able to talk to someone from Virgin very quickly and got the phone disabled.
