O2 ... have been a customer of 02 for over 10 years(back when they were BTCellnet) and would never rate them anything less than 5/5 despite having a couple of disputes with them. Any time I have raised a concern or complaint my account generally will get a credit and I will leave the conversation happy again. I made the switch from pay as you go to contract instore about 5 years ago and think my naivety of the phone market helped negotiate down the advisor so i got the handset i wanted on the deal i wanted. I took insurance without really understanding what it was however when my phone ended up in a river they dealt with it efficiently and sent me a recondition handset prompt... Talk Talk ... whats to say about these scammers well quite a lot. I almost join TalkTalk after seeing a number of ads on tv for value broadband & talk package for £6.49 per month but a number of things they didn t tell you. But myself i like to see what i am relay getting before i pounce and grab the offer. What the failed to tell you on the ads is that you also have line rental to pay at £11.25 per month. And there connection fee of £24.99 and upwards. The reason i say upwards is i made a number of calls to them someone said it will be some of the following £24.99 £45.00 Free I was confused at this point as i had been told 3 different connection fees for the same p... O2 Broadband ... looking at the market of home broadband packages, I d have to say that o2 was one of the best. The price, wi-fi box and the ease of setting it up is one of the reasons why I like it so much. I have been a customer of 02 for a couple of years now and have to say I am very pleased with the service. Here is the method I went through in getting o2 Home Broadband for my student house: 1) Work out which one of you should pay (should be an 02 mobile customer) Firstly, to get the cheaper prices for o2 customers (price list below) you should preferably be an o2 mobile customer, even if your pay and go, so it might be worth picking up a free sim card just to get the broa...
