BEWARE - Problems with Telediscount (Telediscount.co.uk)

Advantages: Convenient, cheap(ish)

Disadvantages: Customer service

Customer service leaves something to be desired. I live outside the UK, so use telediscount.com. Maybe telediscount.co.uk is better - can't comment.

There is a fault on my connection to telediscount.com and I have been without service now for almost two weeks. I have send numerous emails to their "report a fault" line, but never received even a reply.
A little worrying if you have pre-paid credit locked up with them.

System good while it works, but apparently difficult to get any help when it doesn't.
