My only experience with Telefonica is though a holiday home in spain. Telfonica are the biggest telecommunications firm in spain it's true. Also true is that maybe because it's so big it takes them an age to deal with anything. When I needed to connect to the telephone system it took them 3 months. This is despite being told on a regular basis it will be dealt with tomorrow and an initial promise that my landline would be connected within one week.
