Advantages: Pretty unlimited

Disadvantages: Some redialling may be required

You can use up that free 24 hour CD disc you recieved the other day from a leading American ISP (the one with that awful browser), just to get connected to the free internet. It really is a free lunch. I was lucky enough to join this in June and I qualify for next years fee at £20 !!!
For new members it's still brilliant at £89!
Keep an eye on your 'status indicator' timer, then you'll know when you'll be cut off (exactly one hour).
First time connection is more difficult now (the words got around) but it's always possible normally to connect within half a dozen redialling clicks.
Peformance is excellent- use an accelerator, and a resume for downloads and surf to your hearts content!!!*
TFI have a brilliant customisable home page as well, everything from diary reminders to local weather!
*As it may be required to download items that take a longer connection than one hour, you can resume downloads from where you left off by using a program like ‘Flashget’ (http://www.amazesoft.com/). This is the one I prefer to use but there are many others like ‘gozilla’ or ‘get right’.
To speed up your Internet use an accelerator like ‘netsonic’ and / or ‘netsetter’- I use both! See the links from my homepage. Downloads are free. Happy surfing!

Hi! No problem! As TFI cuts off in one hour, and it may be required to download items that take a longer connection than this, you can resume downloads from where you left off by using a program like ‘Flashget’ (http://www.amazesoft.com /). This is the one I prefer to use but there are many others like ‘gozilla’ or ‘get right’.
