Poor customer services (Three (3))

Three customer services need to be offered a prize for the worst ever customer services. They are not in the slightest bit interested in trying to sort out any kind of problem or issue. They hide behind the small print in the contract. Fact being often that the contract isn't worth the paper it is written on because they have defaulted on it. I was mis-sold an upgrade recently. I ended up with a phone that was newer, but actually lower spec than the phone I had in the first place. One of the main uses I have for my phone other than texting and speaking is email. The upgrade Nokia 3120 would not allow me to use Yahoo go, Email on 3 came along and all was well. Email was working again. 2 weeks after I thought all was working ok, email on 3 stopped working completely. Summary: missold an upgrade |
