Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Very cheap customer service, worse than automated messages, poor reception
Absolutelt aweful service.
They are cheap but god they are terrible in their service, if you don't ever need to call them you would be fine but god help you if you do. I decided to come out of 3 contracts after three years and so happy I did so.
The reception is good if you live in London. But because they have recently switched their 2G roaming partner from O2 to Orange I had no reception at my home. 3G reception was also useless as it keeps cutting off and it uses a lot of battery.
I now receive calls from debt collectors as 3 has informed them I have not paid my bills but when I called 3 they said it was a misundersatanding and they would call the debt collectors. I still receive threats of legal action from them after 2 months!!!
Just avoid if you can.
Summary: Just avoid 3 & their terrible customer services

Three are a joke network. Their customer service in India can barely understand English. |
