Advantages: None Disadvantages: Abysmal customer 'service' from India, regular cold-calling, poor reception even in urban areas
Signing up to Three was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Three's packages look enticing, but their service is absolutely abysmal. Customer service is in India and, if you look around the net, you'll just see how bad they are. I have been pulling my hair out for 18 months as each customer service rep. seems to be worse than the other. A simple enquiry that should take two minutes ends up taking an hour as you have to go through a complex, neverending call menu system. Then you are kept waiting on the line. Then you to go through to somebody in India who struggles to understand English. You are passed from person to person; nobody takes responsiblity. Summary: Three are slick with their marketing, but it's a nightmare to use this network |
