Relaible Service, But poor customer service (Three (3))

Advantages: Good Coverage Disadvantages: Poor Customer Service, None Competitive Plans, I have been with 3 through the good and the bad, when they first started I had to do them for breach of contract due to constant calls dropping. A few years later Im back, and have been for the last couple of years. The service is really good and I dont have any dropped calls. Now the customer service is mainly in scotland or india. The india customer service have not got a clue at all, they patronise so very much. I came to upgrade a phone on a 12 month sim only deal which they dont like telling you about, 500 mix n match on 12 months contract for £13 a month in dec which I excepted. This month they dont offer the same deal. instead its £2 a month more expensive. The upgrades are not as good as they used to be but the service is reliable. Summary: Approach with Caution |
