Having signed up to three at phones 4 u , not for the price plan but for the phone everything was going swimingly until I made the fatal mistake of calling their customer services. I soon discovered it was impossible to get put through to someone who actually spoke a word of english. However I did take great pleasure in taking my frustration out on them.

Anyway after spending more time on the phone than I care to think about being transfered from one non english speaking person to the other I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. To my shock the supervisor was as illiterate as everyone else I spoke to.

A part from the customer service the price plans are a complete rip off! And after the 8 months when I was finally able to lower my price plan I was informed three had changed their terms and conditions and I'd have to pay £15 everytime I wanted to do this.

I finally had enough and brought myself out of my contract and happily put the whole Three experience behind me, or so I thought... 6 MONTHS later I received a call from the billing department saying i owed them money. I tried to explain I couldnt possibly of as I'd left them half a year eariler.

In the end I gave up and paid them even more money for some unknown reason just to be rid of them for good. I would advise everyone to avoid thee and everything to do with them. The only good thing they have going is the network coverage.
