THREE DISGUSTS ME.

Disadvantages: TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR MONTHS I HAD NO CONTRACT WITH THEM
I am absolutly disgusted by the service i have recieved. Had 2 contracts with them. Cancelled them and 2 months later they are trying to charge me for months which i have not been with them. Luckily had cancelled my direct debit, spoke to several people at the indian call centre, had the phone put down on me on numerous occasions and also told that they would continue to take money out of my account even though i no longer have a contract with them. Have asked them on several occasions what it is I supposedly owe them money for and they will not explain, they even refuse to put it into writing. They are rude, obnoxious, do not speak very good english and there is clearly a lot that is lost in translation. All there responses seem to be scripted and read straight from a list of automated responses. They have now sent debt collectors after me for money i do not owe. I hate three, i hope they all drown in a tsunami.
Summary: IF YOU WANT TO CHOOSE A NETWORK WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, CHOOSE THRE
