In my opinion they provide extremely poor customer service.

I have made several complaints via telephone and letter and have been given a lot of misleading information and false promises. It has wasted a lot of my time and money.

The broadband service is also running slow several times a week now and I often have to restart my PC or the router to resolve it.

My contract runs out on the 17th February 2009 - can't wait to be free of them.

I've spent several hours speaking to people who were not able to answer my questions either because they did not understand what I was saying or did not have the information I required.

I've been transferred from department to department at my own cost having to redial each time because of your disjointed customer service infrastructure.

Steer well clear!Customer support is as bad as it gets.Promises not kept etc.When I changed address,it should've taken no more than 15 days to reroute my broadband connection...it actually took nearer 6 wks and I was charged for that period!Promised a refund but have never seen it.Had other problems since.Even cancelling is not as straight forward as is 'promised' on the phone.They are absolutely clueless.

It was the most dreadful experience I have ever had with Tiscali customer services. Imagine I pay Tiscali bill every moth for both broadband and 24hr free calls to UK land lines and I am not getting these free calls. BT keep charging me every time. I have contacted them many times regarding this issue but, their customer service staff are clueless, careless & also do not reply properly to emails. I ended up being lied to and after all I was counting the days to finish my contract with them.

I was with Tiscali for 11 months and all went remarkably well. Since December however it has been a different story. I have suffered slow speed and I mean slow, and disconnections. Their support staff are clueless over the 'phone and do not reply to emails. What I hate most of all is being lied to and I am left with the feeling that nobody actually cares.

I am with Tiscali, the customer sevice is a joke, if you go over the limit without knowing LQQK OUT. they will drop your speed from 6pm to 11pm so you can't use any voice or cams on the internet. What a shame they lose great customers over this, i would sack all the support team for stupidly not saying to thier customers you stop the heavy downloading we'll give you the speed back.

Tiscali have as worse of a reputation that an ISP can possibly achieve. Still, they are one of the big 5 in the UK. They have 1,085,000 customers. One of the cheapest services around priced at £17.99 for 8mb unlimited**** package. The service is not infact unlimited at all.
