I joined this ISP on a free trial when my other ISP ran into financial difficulties. It was great during that trial, but I ahd to remind them to convert me to the full service. Then had to remind them they hadn'tgiven me my email account and since that time [ 3 months ago ] I've had to use "my pay-as-u-go ISP" at least 3 times a month due to UKstamp either not connecting or being continually engaged. Their dialer set up won't work with IE6 security, so I have to keep entering my password and most nights I get at least 2 or 3 "invalid password error". UKSTAMP HAVE GONE BANKRUPT!! Yes the header is true, there are no cons to this ISP i have been using them for 3months litrally 24/7 i have not been offline more than 3mins since early Febuary. I signed up on the fact that i am not well off but wanted my new second phone line to be online downloading 24/7. I checked all the places i could think off and in every single one of them this place was top for price. So i decided to sign up.. now the offer stands at 6.99 a month if you pay for one year in advance. this is fully refundable but for a 15 quid deposit. otherwise you can pay every 3months at 8.99 a month.
