Around March time, my mum was hasting me about calling and texting her, as it was cheaper for me to just wait til I got to see her, I then got told about a 300 mins and 300 texts for £10 for Virgin media customers, I then got an advert through the door for this and decided to get it. Now I wanted a new phone anyways and saw for the same price I could get a phone with this but only have 100 mins and 100 texts, but I don't use them that quickly anyways.

I got the 6300 and it was delivered for £4 the next day.

I had already paid them the 1st month in advance, then I was away, it was great, I did go over sometimes, as extra Virgin texts are 3p and non virgin 12p. But the amazing thing is if you don;t use all your minuites and/or texts you keep them, and they get rolled over to your next month.

This was all great, until my phone broke!
My screen had gone black.

I called Virgin at around 10:00pm on a 0845 number, we got it sorted in abut 10mins, and he said, im afraid I can't get a new one to you until tomorrow. I thought that was great service tho.

So I now have a new 6300 as it was under 1 year old, and they even paid for the delivery.
