Disadvantages: Poor service when buying a new phone from them.

I have been with Virgin mobile for almost 10 years now and their service has been excellent. Any problems I have always been sorted out and the customer services dept is always very helpful. The monthly cost is very reasonable and they are always doing new deals which include minutes and texts. The only problem I have had with Virgin mobile was when I was waiting for a phone I had ordered from them, I had all sorts of problems, they would only deliver it to my home but I wasn't in so it went back to the courier depot about 20 miles away!. They said they were going to deliver it to another address but never did, in the end it took many phone calls to finally get it delivered after about 5 or 6 attempts. One of the good things they offer is a rewards scheme where every £100 spend you get £10 back, this money can then be put towards a new phone. So overall Virgin Mobile offers a good service but beware they don't mess you around when buying a new phone from them.
