... have been with virgin mobile for several years now and am very pleased with them. They have brilliant coverage, the only place I have not got a signal before was in the middle of nowhere in Wales! They provide free voicemal which few providers seem to give you on pay as you go. I have never had any problems topping up and their tariffs seem reasonable though not cheap. Something I do really like is the option to switch between different tariffs which offer you better value for money depending on what you mostly use you phone for. They have a good website allowing you to view your most recent calls, texts and topups The only thing is that they have never seemed too keen...

... only problem I have had with Virgin mobile was when I was waiting for a phone I had ordered from them, I had all sorts of problems, they would only deliver it to my home but I wasn t in so it went back to the courier depot about 20 miles away!. They said they were going to deliver it to another address but never did, in the end it took many phone calls to finally get it delivered after about 5 or 6 attempts. One of the good things they offer is a rewards scheme where every £100 spend you get £10 back, this money can then be put towards a new phone. So overall Virgin Mobile offers a good service but beware they don t mess you around when buying a new phone from them....

... year my youngest son reached 16, on his long list of "suggestions" for presents was a new mobile. He had an old Nokia on PAYG so I thought it was time to get him a monthly contract and a new phone. By coincidence I got an advert with my Virgin credit card bill, a choice of several phones and 100 minutes and 100 texts a month for £10. He liked the look of a black Nokia 6300 so I made the call. Waited in for the phone to be delivered and nothing arrived!!!! Called Virgin to be told I had failed the credit check, well they could have contacted me instead of wasting a day of school holidays. After a bit of chat it turned out they had entered my birthda...
