Advantages: Friendly staff and great for the price

Disadvantages: A couple of good documentary channels missed out on large package

In our household, we have recently had Virgin media installed and we are extremely pleased with the service they have provided.

We only pay £34 a month and this includes large TV package, Large internet package and medium telephone package.

On the TV package we recieve, we get a few more music channels, more movie channels and quite a lot more documentary channels as well as the normal range of general channels you recieve with freeview.

Our phone package gives us free evening calls to landlines after 6pm to 6am and free weekend anytimes calls to landlines, for an hour at a time.

Our internet package is 10mb too, for the pirce it is really great and it all got installed for free. Whenever we have needed to call Virgin they have dealt with us imediately and this is a free call. The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for them. Also, if you have children or teenagers in the house you can put a security lock on any programmes that may occur a charge and with your permission you can pay for it and it is recieved in your monthly bill.

The best thing about this is when you want some quality time in with the television and your children are watching it you can send them up to their rooms to go on the internet which is fast and reliable.

I would strongly reccomend Virgin Media to anybody who is looking for a great TV, internet and phone package.

Summary: If you enjoy watching television and speaking on the phone to friends, this package is the cheapest
