I have been surfing the net for about 10 years on and off and have been with a number of ISP's in this time.

1) Compuserve
2) AOL
3) Freeserve
4) Demon
5) Vispa

I must say with the 4 months I have been with Vispa I have only had one dissapointment which was due to Transco digging through some cables "TOTALLY OUT OF VISPA'S CONTROL" but with the level of service and support they appear to give I would not have bee suprised if they tried to get a support person down the hole trying to fix it just for vispa users.

If you are not after the cheapest but still don't like to throw money away then I would totally recommend Vispa as an ISP for quality and reliability.

I have only used the support a couple of times but they have always been IT literate.

Bear in mind when looking at the disadvantages that I had to try hard to think of them as I persoanlly don't use their home page much I wasn't after the cheapest neither the most expensive either and I really don't need that much support but if your a new user who may need 24/7 support it may be something to consider or find a friend you can phone up at 3 am in the morning.
