Vispa.net are looking to launch an ISP service sometime in November 2000. They are currently inviting pre-launch signups for customer priority looking to limit the number of initial users. They will be offering a range of services - Vispa lite - 0345 access, Vispa off peak - a monthly fee free off peak service, Vispa 24*7 a monthly fee 0800 servics, and Vispa ASDL - a high speed broad band service.
