Vodafone NetworkNewest Review: ... were clearly NOT what was ordered and they were clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Vodafone refused, they said the phones had to break 4 times before they would be replaced. This would mean that I would have been without my phones for a total of a few months, with all the returns and hassle. No matter how much I tried to reason with them they refused to supply new phones. After much negotiation they eventually agreed to an offer of replacement phones but the offer was ludicrous, they offered me really old phones that were substantially inferior in specification to the ones I had. Their customer services were a joke, very rude on occasions as... more |

Avoid Vodafone by all costs. Extremely POOR customer service and their staffs are soooooooooooo incompetent, that it is beyond believe !!!!!!!
Promises are never fulfilled, I submitted a complaint in regards to the final bill, last week Friday and was promised that a Manager of Customer Services will call me back within 48 hours, apparently that was their complaints process. It is now Wednesday, no call received so far.
I have no hope in hell that I will ever see any of my money back from them, which they have overcharged me.
I am glad that I have left them and they certainly won't have my custom ever again. I am surprised that they are still in business.

Vodafone, what can I say about Vodafone? Awful, crap, terrible...... Yep, hate them with a capital H. It happened like this, I ordered two new Sony Ericsson phones from them. When they arrived the paperwork said, 'Nearly New phones'. The phones were terrible, they were obviously previously used and returned, and then reconditioned. The phones kept locking up and stopping working and so they were returned several times for repair. Each time they would be returned in working order only to fail a few days later. Upon the third time of breaking I insisted that I be given new phones as these were clearly NOT what was ordered and they were ... Read the complete review

Having been with T Mobile for over ten years I was somewhat reluctant to move from them to another network. But for work purposes I got a Blackberry and by far the best tariff deal was with Vodafone so I made the big leap. Their setup - over the phone with customer service - was quite good. They did make a mistake (I sorted out two phones for me and my colleague) with one of the tariffs but this was quickly rectified. I received the Blackberrys a couple of days later so I can't complain about their service for that. The network coverage from them has basically been very good. As with all phone networks you are bound to get areas where you don't get ... Read the complete review

In January i was looking for a new phone on a new network after getting increasingly fed up with T-Mobile. After doing a bit of research and having a bit of a wander, i got a new phone on Vodafone. 900 minutes a month, unlimited texts, unlimited data for just under £40 a month, with a brand new top of the line smartphone for free. I was a happy person! For a long time i had no issues with them. And to be fair, any issues i have had, havent been dealbreakers. Network coverage has been really really good, 3G speeds have been great, and for the amount i use my phone, i really cant complain at the monthly cost. T-Mobile was costing me alot more due ... Vodafone has the worst customer service anywhere. I renewed my contract, but after a few days my phone stopped working telling me I have no calling credit. Tried to sort this out via phone, but could not talk to anyone. Via email, I was told I was on pay as you go and needed to top up. Meanwhile, money was taken from my account for my contract. Again, via email, they still insisted I was on pay as you go. I have written to them, emailed, tried to phone from a landline, but nobody could help me. I then moved to another mobile provider, and now the letters are coming in requesting payment for breach of contract, none of my letters I am sending are getting answered, and now ...
