Fantactic, unlimited texts for next to nothing, but then my phone broke, not vodafones fault, so i sent it away in because i have vodafone insurance. So they sent it back unrepaired in a box saying "WERE KEEPING YOU GOIGN!" i had to call them up. I don't think I will ever change my service provider, this is a very easy to use and prices are good too. The webtext feature of the website is absolutely great, it saves so much money and or credit that would be wasted on texting when you can send 300 texts a month for absolutely nothing! It is great. It's also good that you can receive picture messages even if you haven't got a camera phone as you can just type in the URL they text you when somebody tried to send you a picture message and your phone isn't capable of receive it, and view the pictures on the website. the only thing that is annoying is that if you don't top up after a certain date you're sim card becomes ...

Vodafone are worse than rubbish, I've been trying to get a refund for a phone I never recieved since May, when you ring them they just transfer you from one department to another getting nowhere. I have been a Voda customer for 10 years+, now I can't wait to leave them and try O2, they must be better than this lot!
