Advantages: Great coverage, fantastic customer service, Always very helpful

Disadvantages: Shops/Lines can get busy and you may have to wait a while to speak with someone.

I have been a vodefone customers for over 4 years and I have to say I have been very pleased with not only their network coverage but their customer service as well.

Staff in the Guildford branch are always very happy and always make you feel welcomed. If I have a problem I know I can go to them and they will try their best to help sort the problem out.

I never have any trouble re-newing my contract or getting an upgrade on my mobile phone, this is always does quickly and very proffesioanally.

A few months ago I had a problem with someone sending me abusive messages and making prank calls about 30 times a day, I rung up vodafone and they were very helpful and said that everytime I received one of these calls to ring them straight away so they could log on the calls for me, just incase I need to report it to the police.

Many times I had had to ring vodafone customer servics from my phone and they always help to solve any problems I may have. They will also discuss your price plan, if you need to change it etc and they are always asking if they can do anything else to help you. I cannot fault them for their customer service as I think its fantastic.

I also think their network coverage is brilliant. I get reception in a lot of places where other people don't. When I go down to weymouth with my family for a few days, me and my sister are the only one's who get reception as we are both on vodafone. My dad and mum are both on O2 and my brother is on Orange and neither of them get any rececption down there!

I would suggest vodafone to anyone, as I think in 4 years, I've only everhad 1 fault/issue with them, but then again they did their very bext to help me out and resolve the problem.

Summary: Simply the best for coverage, customer service and everything else!
