Advantages: great value for money
Disadvantages: internet usage costs alot
I have been a Vodafone customer now for almost three years, and so far I don't have many complaints. The tariff I chose with Vodafone seems quite high to many people. I get 250 texts and 500 minutes for £35 a month. Including insurance of about £3.50 a month and VAT this adds up to a total of about £50 a month. However, as with most contracts, I get the opportunity to upgrade my phone after a certain amount of time, which is always great because it means you can always have the latest model out!
When I was due for my last upgrade, I recieved a phone call from Vodafone customer services telling me that if I chose not to take my upgrade, they could do me a new deal on my line rental. I took this option and they half priced it from £35 a month to just £17.50 a month. This almost cut my bill in half.
The only problem I have is the price of internet usage on my phone, as this works out quite expensive if you use it alot.
Summary: great company
