Advantages: cheap 30 day contracts

Disadvantages: bad customer service

I've got very mixed opinions of Vodafone. The signal is reasonable, but there are large areas where it's almost impossible to get signal. Their pay as you go prices are extortionate but i'm now on their £20 30 day contract which is much better. Their customer service online is appalling, i was lucky enough to eventually get a reply but it didn't answer my questions and when i e-mailed back i just got the same answer again. Their warranty is good in that you can get the phone fixed for the first year but they should tell you that ONLY if the phone breaks within the first 2 weeks will they give you a refund, mine broke in the first two weeks and i took it back after 15 days and they wouldn't give me a refund. I think they can be great but you should be wary that they probably aren't the best or the cheapest.
