Advantages: Good all round service and quality

Disadvantages: Sometimes queues in shops on busy days

I have had a contract with Vodafone for years and am a good customer with a high usage account so they generally do their best to give me what i want instore and over the phone.

In general i find them very polite over the phone and instore it is always a welcoming atmosphere, always clean and tidy and the staff seem trained to a high standard and know what they are talking about.

They have a range of phones on contract and pay as you go tariffs and the staff are helpful in finding a phone and tariff that suits you.

Any customer service dealings i have had with Vodafone have been very good which is why i stay with them as in the past i have had terrible experiences with o2 and 3 mobile companies and i can't say a bad word so far about Vodafone!

I have just renewed another year's contract with them and am just waiting for my sought after phone to arrive - any day now!

Summary: They have been a good company so far after four years
