An okay network (Vodafone Network)

Advantages: Reliable Disadvantages: Expensive to call and text in the day-time I have been with Pay as you Talk for over a year now and signal is generally very good, have used it in London the Midlands and the North and never had problems. Also used it abroad once or twice. Sometimes there can be delays when sending texts, ut I'm not sure if this is Vodafone's fault. I was switched to Simply which is 20p/min anyone anytime which is good because you don't need to remember who you're calling and when. However there internet charges have gone up - I used to use an application on my phone to send cheap texts but this uses GPRS and now it's cheaper to just pay the 10p and send the text normally. But the unlimited free weekend and evening texts are good (if you top-up £10/month). Also Stop The Clock saves money. So not bad, but if you want to call or text someone on a weekday in the day time consider switching to another tariff, maybe a 30day notice one or another one that gives you a deal when you top-up a certain amount each month. Summary: Use them if you mostly use your phone evenings and weekends |
