Avoid Vodafone by all costs. Extremely POOR customer service and their staffs are soooooooooooo incompetent, that it is beyond believe !!!!!!!
Promises are never fulfilled, I submitted a complaint in regards to the final bill, last week Friday and was promised that a Manager of Customer Services will call me back within 48 hours, apparently that was their complaints process. It is now Wednesday, no call received so far.
I have no hope in hell that I will ever see any of my money back from them, which they have overcharged me.
I am glad that I have left them and they certainly won't have my custom ever again. I am surprised that they are still in business.

Vodafone, what can I say about Vodafone? Awful, crap, terrible...... Yep, hate them with a capital H. It happened like this, I ordered two new Sony Ericsson phones from them. When they arrived the paperwork said, 'Nearly New phones'. The phones were terrible, they were obviously previously used and returned, and then ... Read the complete review

Having been with T Mobile for over ten years I was somewhat reluctant to move from them to another network. But for work purposes I got a Blackberry and by far the best tariff deal was with Vodafone so I made the big leap. Their setup - over the phone with customer service - was quite good. They did make a mistake (I sorted out two ... Read the complete review

In January i was looking for a new phone on a new network after getting increasingly fed up with T-Mobile. After doing a bit of research and having a bit of a wander, i got a new phone on Vodafone. 900 minutes a month, unlimited texts, unlimited data for just under £40 a month, with a brand new top of the line smartphone for free. I was a ... Read the complete review

Vodafone has the worst customer service anywhere. I renewed my contract, but after a few days my phone stopped working telling me I have no calling credit. Tried to sort this out via phone, but could not talk to anyone. Via email, I was told I was on pay as you go and needed to top up. Meanwhile, money was taken from my account for my contract. ... At the beginning of the summer I switched from 3 mobile to vodafone. I was tempted to change because I was working abroad for the summer and they were offering free roaming! Basically I could buy a text and call package on pay as you go, and it would be used exactly the same as in the UK for no extra cost. I only spent £20 credit all ... Read the complete review

I returned to vodafone about a year ago after I had alot of trouble with the orange network. I was swayed to the network by the exclusive blackberry storm although I am now using the htc magic. After my second faulty storm I rang customer services feeling irrate, I was quickly calmed down by the lady on the other end of the telephones ... Read the complete review

I phoned Customer Service to cancel my mobile broadband contract. What I expected was some form of concern as to why, and then to explore possible ways to save me, but No - I was told just to visit their web site and fill in a Contact Us page. What? I can't do it on the phone? I've given you all the security answers to prove my identity..... ... Read the complete review

Just returned to vodafone after a spell with Orange who were great customer service just poor reception in my area so have gone with the new gateway that boosts signal strength in your home. So far have been with the just over a week and have to say their customer service is the worst I have experienced from any compny ever. They obviously employ ... Read the complete review

Ahhh mobile phone companies. They remind me of airlines, all go the same place and offer the same function and use the same mode to get there but the degree of variation in what they offer can in some cases be immense. I sometimes think people forget just how big the mobile companies are these days, they really don't have any interest if you ... Read the complete review

When i was younger I was into the craze of wanting a mobile phone. So for my birthday one year i recieved one, on the vodafone network. I didn't think anything of it, it was a big name after all, Vodafone, they even sponsered Man Utd so i was happy enough. But over the years i found Vodafone to be very expensive, not only for calls, but ... Read the complete review

I have been with Pay as you Talk for over a year now and signal is generally very good, have used it in London the Midlands and the North and never had problems. Also used it abroad once or twice. Sometimes there can be delays when sending texts, ut I'm not sure if this is Vodafone's fault. I was switched to Simply which is 20p/min anyone anytime ... Read the complete review

I have had a contract with Vodafone for years and am a good customer with a high usage account so they generally do their best to give me what i want instore and over the phone. I've got very mixed opinions of Vodafone. The signal is reasonable, but there are large areas where it's almost impossible to get signal. Their pay as you go prices are extortionate but i'm now on their £20 30 day contract which is much better. Their customer service online is appalling, i was lucky enough to eventually get a reply but it didn't ... Read the complete review

Well all I can say on this one is steer well clear. Whilst I will cover myself and say that your mileage may vary, our experience with Vodafone has been very negative. We have tended to find that the signal is very poor around our area (Lincolnshire), to the point where at the end of my wife's 18 month contract we have had at least 2 ... Read the complete review

I've been with the Vodafone network for a little over six months, and like many others on the network I have mixed opinions about the company. The main reason I chose Vodafone was that they are the only network providing the Blackberry Storm, which was the phone I particularly wanted. The contract they offered was competitive with other ... Good old Vodafone... I've been with them on contract since 2003, and have mixed views on their services. I initially went for Vodafone as they were offering a good selection of good handsets on contract - at a time when handsets were relatively expensive on PAYG. My original contract was very basic, and after one year I was entitled to ... Read the complete review

On Watchdog BBC1 Monday 4th May, Vodafone was one of five worst companies in terms of how long it takes on average to answer customers calling customer service, the other culprits being Sky, BT, Tiscali and Three. To be fair Vodafone were not the worst of this bunch, both Sky and BT performed even more abysmally, where they did excel was that they ... Read the complete review
