Vodafone one net have caused me nothing but trouble in the first year of starting up my business! I need to be on call for staff and clients at all times but calls drop off all the time, i get text messages late, people cant leave a message, i don't get an alert that i have a voicemail message and so on. The customer service and technical team are useless and never resolve and problems, i might as well be talking to a brick wall. I can't wait to get out of my contract, even though this will mean me having to reprint all my business stationary with a new number (apparently i can't take the landline number with me).

Vodafone sold me an European package which included roaming charges, first four months was fine but after that they've started charging for EU calls. After many months of calls, emails to customer service, problem still not resolved and they are still charging me. Customer service is terrible, every time I deal with them, they try to sell me another package.Don't use them!!

I had a three year contract with Vodaphone. They refused customer service for the entire period and then pestered me when my contract was up. They also refused to pass on my number to my new provider! I'm still trying to get it and it's been a month!

I've been with vodafone for a couple of years. For the price I'd say overall that they are all right. The customer service isn't great, but that's true of any large company. Their deals are competitive. The staff seem genuinely concerned in helping you even if their system isn't working, for which they are usually ready to apologise. Reception is usually OK for me. I don't have any major complaints.

I joined vodafone at the beginning of the year and it's been a disaster from the start. The signal disappears so often it's untrue. The call centre staff are idiots and don't even appear to try and understand the problems I'm experiencing. I've bought a 'pay as you go' O2 phone to make sure I can keep phone conversations going when the vodafone signal is rubbish. this means I'm beginning to mak more calls through O2 than I am with vodafone. No 3G or better in our local town for THREE months due to "a faulty mast" Have laptop and HTC Desire.. agreed to 50 quid rebate then applied it to my account as a CHARGE! Last week paid my Feb bill using Debit card in shop.. this morning they terminate service due to "unpaid Feb bill" even though I have proof that it was paid they are still threatning to terminate after another 24 hours.. due to their own admin cockup! I had a contract with Vodafone in 2008 and I cancelled it and they kept on sending me letters that they where going to blacken my name and so we got in touch with someone who delt with my case and he got in touch with Vodafone and they said they will squash my dept with them and a few weeks ago I applied for credit report and underlined in the report with the dept I owed to Vodafone.............. so I am going to seek some advise again and slander there name in the local news paper for blacking my name...............

Dear Vodafone, no matter how many times you call me (10x today alone) I am not switching. Harassment has put me off your company for life.I've been avoiding their phonecalls for months now, they certainly don't give up!Firstly I'm not with Vodafone, my number is private and is not registered so how have they got my all my details? Secondly, they call me multiple times a day, usually quite late or at dinner time. I used to answer the calls thinking if I say no they'll stop calling me. Silly me.No matter how many times/ how many different ways I put it they just won't accept that I'm not switching my provider & they're quite rude about it.
