Vodafone are worse than rubbish, I've been trying to get a refund for a phone I never recieved since May, when you ring them they just transfer you from one department to another getting nowhere. I have been a Voda customer for 10 years+, now I can't wait to leave them and try O2, they must be better than this lot!

With vodaphone for over a year paying £50+ a month network coverage was just bearable. The phone became faulty so I called for a replacement only to be told I would only get a refurb (Even with insurance!!). So I canceld didn't even try to keep my account.
