Fantactic, unlimited texts for next to nothing, but then my phone broke, not vodafones fault, so i sent it away in because i have vodafone insurance. So they sent it back unrepaired in a box saying "WERE KEEPING YOU GOIGN!" i had to call them up. They offerd me a GOLD version of my phone, maby for the ladies, but comeon not many guys ...  Read the complete review

Vodafone are worse than rubbish, I've been trying to get a refund for a phone I never recieved since May, when you ring them they just transfer you from one department to another getting nowhere. I have been a Voda customer for 10 years+, now I can't wait to leave them and try O2, they must be better than this lot!

Premium Review Customer service? (245 words)

I'm currently on Vodafone Pay as you Talk but will soon be switching to Orange because vodafone has little customer support and the call rates are sky-high. Please note that this review is based solely on my experiences with Vodafone. The call quality is crisp and clear, and calls are generally connected reasonably quickly. Premium Review Vodafone Network: Vodafone - Pay As You Talk. (1930 words)
by - written on 22/04/08 (Very useful, 1493 readings)
Rating:

Since buying my first ever mobile phone, I have only ever chosen the Vodafone Pay as You Talk scheme, as I didn't like the idea of being tied into a monthly contract with the awful thought of how much I had run up on that month's phone bill, so this seemed the best option. When I originally bought the phone Vodafone only had 1 tariff which ...  Read the complete review

Vodafone Insurance (Vodafone Netwrok) (150 words)
by tiggybear - written on 08/02/08

Beware Vodafone Insurance. If the phone you have is not in stock with Vodafone then they will not replace it - and there's a £25 policy excess. I was mis-sold this policy a year ago when I sought to ensure that my Vodafone supplied Nokia 8800 Sirocco would be insured. I was not made aware that when Vodafone chose to drop the Nokia flagship ...  Read the complete review

I joined vodafone after phones4u offered to buy me out of my contract. I joined them, ignoring warnings from my sister (who's husband had taken out 2 contracts and arranged for them to come from 2 different accounts but they kept coming from the same one) I agree with what someone said earlier; worst customer service ever. I have had trouble ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Vodafone Network: A service provider that has no hiccups (514 words)

I've been with Vodafone for eight years now and I consider Vodafone being one of the exeptions when it comes to service providers. Majority of service providers are absolutely appalling and we come across problems with them more or less all the time, however I would recommend Vodafone to anyone. Having had 6 phones from them, currently ...  Read the complete review

Vodafone: Totally useless (107 words)

Vodafone, what a bunch of no goods. For the last 8 months I have been trying to get them to do something about the total lack of coverage I have. I run a home business and have a data terminal that has just failed to work with any degree of reliability and makes me and my business look like a bunch of amateurs. Eventually I have had to give up and ...  Read the complete review

Dear All, Is there anyone who can help, I am desperate??? I have recently remortgaged my home to release a bit of equity to renovate my house, and my financial advisor advised me that I have some late payments on my credit history and I would have to pay a higher rate of interest. Slightly unusual but yes a late credit card ...  Read the complete review

The last time I was with Vodafone was about 7 years ago, when call charges were virtually mafioso extortion and handsets were 'like it or lump it' with the plastic brick in the back pocket and crummy bendy whip antenna. Fast forward, after leaving orange due to their failure (consistently) to adhere to the top up a tenner and we give you 50% back ...  Read the complete review

I have been with Vodafone since 2003 and had been very happy with them but had noticed that my monthly bill was starting to increase. I looked around and decided that Orange was a better deal so I rang Vodafone in January 2006 to cancel my contract. They more than matched the orange offer and threw in a better phone. The only thing was that I ...  Read the complete review

VODAFONE I have been with the mobile phone network Vodafone since 06/06/06 (stupid day to take a phone contract on). Before I came to Vodafone I was on the 3 network which I was fed up of for several reasons. I had a faulty phone and they would not repair it for me even though it was under guarantee. The reason for this was that they ...  Read the complete review

Vodafone have the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Their call centre workers endeavour to lie, cheat and bluff their way through every conversation. I have had a Sony Ericsson T630 for the past 12 months, supplied by Vodafone, all was well to start with, but for the past three months I have been unable to receive picture messages on my phone due to a fault with Vodafone's network not being able to convert the data for my phone type. I have always been a Vodafone customer. I upgraded to he Sony Ericcson K700i recently from my old Nokia. The main selling points appeared to be the camera and the ability of realtones. However, using Vodafone Live you download realtones but it will not let you use them as ringtones so what is the point. Having been told by the assistant in the ...  Read the complete review
