I have been with WHSMITH since the start of th year. Thye offer a pretty good variety of packages, but one of the biggest problems is trying to get through to them. They don't respond to emails, i can confirm that the emails are read, but never repsonded to . So if you are looking for a company with a good customer service, i suggest you try another company. I have phoned them numerous times, waiting an average of 20mins per phone call, and have had to put it down cause i get bored of holding the damn phone next to mye ar for that long. They must earn some sort of commision for making you wait. It may be just me but i very much doubt it. WHSMITH wake up and realise cusotmers are what makes your business profitable.
