I have been with WHSMITH since the start of th year. Thye offer a pretty good variety of packages, but one of the biggest problems is trying to get through to them. They don't respond to emails, i can confirm that the emails are read, but never repsonded to . So if you are looking for a company with a good customer service, i suggest you try ...  Read the complete review

I chose WHSmithNet because the packages sounded great - Off Peak was my first choice, £9.99 for 4pm-8am access and all day weekends, this was what I was looking for, so I signed up. When I signed up, the Off Peak had been discontinued so I opted for Daytime, which allows internet access between 8am and 4pm. I did not realise that there were ...  Read the complete review

We had shopped around for a while, to find the right Internet service for us. In the end, we found it, courtesy of WHSmith. However there are still some problems with reliability, although they've been ...  Read the complete review

Although we were quite happy with our previous ISP - Freeserve - we had to change when we stopped using the bank account that our Switch Card was for and only had a Visa Electron, which Freeserve doesn?t accept. We looked round and eventually found a CD rom. in our local WHSmith store and decided to have a look. We were pleasantly ...  Read the complete review

I've been looking around for a good unmetered ISP for a while now and I think I've finally found one in WHSmithnet. CDs are available in branches of WHSmith or you can sigh up online. There are four different packages available: 1. Flat rate: Anytime internet usage for £12.99 per month 2. Off Peak: From 4pm to 8am ...  Read the complete review
