As for waitrose I here you ask, well that still sits on my pc ( I keep it mainly as a back up now, in fact I have used it when NTL have had problems and I want to look at the NTL web site to find out what is happening), it still works and still offers free tech support. Waitrose was my first ISP. I chose it when I was first going on line. The main reason being I did not know very much about the internet and was worried that I would need to use a technical support line (being a free tech support was the main factor that I chose this). OK I put in the disk followed the on screen prompts and within a few minutes I was online and a member of the growing net community. I did not need to use the tech support for ages, as setting up was so easy.
