About three months ago I got a new PC and decided to shop around for an ISP, Wonkypig caught my eye and I decided to give them a go. As I filled in my online application I was pleasantly surprised, it was simple and well written, - just how I like it! The problems started when I had set up my account and tried to dial up, unfortunately Wonkypigs website had neglected to mention that you can only access your account from a B.T line, - I'm on NTL. WonkyPig are a fairly new ISP trying to make an attempt at providing a 24/7 0800/0808 internet service for 56k and 64k isdn connections for £10 per month. Shortly they are introducing a 128k isdn option. My account with them was terminated mid last week. For about a month it was ok. I was getting cut off when i shouldn't have. 'No cut off time' they said initially. I was being cut every hour, this then changed to every 2 hours when they anounced it was now 4 hours cut off time officially.
