I have used Zen as my ISP for over four years now and have never had cause for complaint. I recently upgraded from a 2 meg connection to a 8 meg connection ( The true speed is around 4 meg but that is due to the distance from my BT exchange and not Zen's fault) and the upgraded service is cheaper. I pay £25 per month for a service that is second to none. Because Zen markets itself heavily as a business ISP you can be sure that the service you receive is very efficient and totally professional. Ok, for a start, i'm not going to go into the details of ADSL - this is not why Zen is special. However, I have found Zen's delivery of the service excellent... I use them on one of my networks, and I have recommended them to a few other people. For a start, they always lower their prices to reflect the current BT resale prices. This I find very reassuring, that they are not trying to make money, but to deliver a top quality service. I have never had problems with these guys, and they are always there to help... To get ADSL service in the UK at present, potential consumers must be located no more than 3.5 kilometres away from an enabled telephone exchange. From June, this 'broadband zone' around exchanges will be expanded to more than 5 kilometres. It means that most premises will be included.
