Zoom is probably the only other ISP I have used after my main 24/7 provider. It is very competant and gives fast connection speeds. I have not had the need to contact customer service because the online registration is very straight forward. It will download the data onto your pc then all you need to do is run it. This file can be copied to any other computer that you may have. This then makes your Explorer that much easier to set up.

If you refer someone to the service they send you a good quality T shirt.

The only thing that this service needs is a 24/7 option. If this does happen and the other things stay has they are at present, the service will be up there with the best.
